I have tingling, burning, vibrating sensations in hands and feet, muscles weakness. MRI showed multiple changes in white matter in brain. Any ideas??
MS WORK UP: In the MS work up, of a younger female patient presenting with vertigo /gait instability/numbness. And on exam there is hyperreflexia. You would want to do a full blood work up evaluate for Lyme disease/CNS SARCOIDOSIS /SJOGRENS SYNDROME. MRI of brain and cervical spine to look for plaques.
