This will decrease blood flow and reduce the pain you are perceiving from inflammation. MS WORK UP: In the MS work up, of a younger female patient presenting with vertigo /gait instability/numbness. And on exam there is hyperreflexia. You would want to do a full blood work up evaluate for Lyme disease/CNS SARCOIDOSIS /SJOGRENS SYNDROME. MRI of brain and cervical spine to look for plaques.
