Hemorrhoids fissures: Hemorrhoids are venous structures. Fissures are tear with scarring in the delicate tissue. Constipation, is local trauma to anal canal as large, hard stool passes. Straining, coughing, lifting lead to increased venous pressures and rectal trauma. Fissures once started can progress. Hot food to blame: Almost everyone has had that experience after eating unusual or spicy foods. It is typically self-limited and passes after a day or two. This would usually be associated with loose stool (I'm confused by you saying you are constipated and have semi-liquid stool). See Dr.: The solution is you need to see the Dr ASAP....Blood in your stool, (especially accompanied with burning sensation), is never normal. At a young age, the condition is usually benign, like a lower "internal" hemorrhoid, but you can never be sure. Pain or burning sensation assoc. W/ bms can be associated with an anal fissure. Typically located posteriorly at the end of the anal canal, they are not easily seen on colonoscopy & even direct visualization can be difficult. Increase fiber & bulk laxatives and topical Diltiazem 2% ointment can help. Can require surgery. A colorectal surgeon can help.

The commonest cause of symptoms like you have is acid reflux (one/ of 5 people have it). Usually it causes lots of burps and regurgitation of acid/food in the throat/ mouth.
