4mo amenorrea: Hi Theresa. If def cnot pregnant, then you are having anovulatory cycles which are very long cycles. You can correct the cycles with hormones but won't improve fertility, and if u want to fall pregnant you will probably need clomid (clomiphene) etc to stimulate ovulation.
