4mo amenorrea: Hi Theresa. If def cnot pregnant, then you are having anovulatory cycles which are very long cycles. You can correct the cycles with hormones but wont improve fertility, and if u want to fall pregnant you will probably need clomid etc to stimulate ovulation. The abdominal pain is prob pelvic congestion syn. See MD if no change at 6mo thx ...Read more
