Could I have cracked my tibia as it was very painful after I knocked it and now when I stand on that leg I get a painful burning sensation.?

Could I have cracked my tibia as it was very painful after I knocked it and now when I stand on that leg I get a painful burning sensation.?

Unlikely: This is a hard bone at your age and is also a full weight bearing bone. It takes a lot of trauma to break.
If your pain with walking persists, have an xray done.

Erythema nodosum: This sounds like it may be erythema nodosum and can be representative of numerous systemic diseases. With the oral lesions you are describing along with the visual difficulties I would be concerned about behcet's disease. Strongly suggest you see a rheumatologist asap, or start with a pcp and get referred if they feel it necessary or advisable. Do not wait on this. Good luck.

Could laser hair removal cause a long-term burning sensation on my shins? I don't have a rash, and it is worse when touched. Thanks!

Could laser hair removal cause a long-term burning sensation on my shins? I don't have a rash, and it is worse when touched. Thanks!

Tough one: There is some post laser discomfort but it should not last for weeks on end. Did you have initial complications like burns or blisters? I worry about a nerve injury developing a complex pain syndrome in the shins. I would see a neurologist if this is going on for over 2 weeks possible a pain management specialist. Especially if the skin is getting tighter, shine and painful

Burning sensation under skin on hands itches bones hurt like injured when nothing happened. Very painful. Adult male. Takes no meds?

Depends on the: Location on your hand, but without any trauma the "burning sensation" sounds like neuropathy. Neuropathic pain can come from a viral infection (herpes zoster/shingles), nerve entrapment (like carpal tunnel syndrome especially if accompanied with muscle weakness), and certain neuromuscular diseases. Please see a professional healthcare provider for proper exam and diagnosis.

Don't kno what a-: -characteristic "ankle bone " is, but if it the medial tip of the tibia, it means an external rotation injury, first 2 go is the medial ligament, or avulsion Fx as U describe. Next with further rotation the anterior tin/fib ligament goes, more rotation =fibular Fx above the joint. This is unstable & needs attention, surgical?
