Hard to tell: As far as the burning is concerned, more information is needed to arrived to the diagnosis. ANA 1:640 is a very high titer and is concerning so further work up for inflammatory diseases such as lupus may need to be done. Get eval: 2 years is along time to be dealing with a burning pain in your abdominal area. See a dr and get some testing to determine what is causing your sensations. Diverticular disease is a possibility, but a good colon exam, including a screening scope can be diagnostic. If your colonoscopy is normal, than you can look at other possible causes.
