See a doctor who specializes in neuromuscular disorders to determine the cause of your sciatica and to recommend an appropriate treatment plan. Most normal adults have disc bulges, and I agree with Dr. Krauser that your disc bulge at L4-L5 is not likely the source of your symptoms.
