Probably not: ? What caused the bruise ? But most bruises hurt the blood in there causes some discomfort on it's own this should clear up pretty rapidly hot soaks help as does wrapping it with plastic wrap at bed time to increase the blood flow and speed the clearing of the hematoma. ...Read more

Cold burning: I think most of us can agree your calf sensation is related to nerve irritation. In this case, it was probably not severe. Since it occurred after sitting, it may be from the sciatic nerve, the popliteal nerve, or a lumbar nerve root. It is hard to know. Regardless, it should not last long, and may recover. Many people get this after sitting on something with an edge, like stadium seats. ...Read more

Don't know: I have never heard of burning in forearm veins unless something has been injected into them. Assuming you are not doing that (and maybe especially if you are) then you should see a clinician to find the cause of this and the leg cramps. Probably need blood tests as well. Meanwhile, keep your arms above your heart level and try some heat on them as well as your leg muscles to see if it helps. ...Read more
