Fibromyalgia ? : 27 yo female c/o daily head discomfort, "body weakness, slurred speech, fatigue, muscle aches" & cervical pain. Assuming these symptoms are chronic & not an acute viral illness or related to trauma, a general medical exam is needed to rule out systemic disorders & autoimmune disease.
