Hello, im 31 and have anxiety due to burning sensation and light heads. My b12 levels are 192 is this low and could this b causing the symptoms?

No fun: Usually burning sensations are not good, and among the list of things that cause more saliva are infection, poisoning, palsy, std, etc. In some cases extra saliva is transient and not associated with anything bad.
