I suffer from heartburn but recently after I eat I get a burning sensation in my lower stomach it starts at the left of the abdomen and moves in the middle all the way up to my inner chest area?

I have upperleft chest and back pain shortly after eating. It comes and goes..Sort of a burning sensation. No other symptoms. What could this be?
Pain: Upper chest and back pain intermittently recurring after eating suggests gastronesophageal reflux. Gastritis or stomach ulcer are considerations. This could be triggered by long term use of NSAID (ibuprofen). Other more serious conditions may present this way.
