Talk to the Dr: The Dr who prescribed is a good place to start w/ asking questions. If you still feel uncertain, ask for a referral to a specialist who can help more. I'm not aware of: Any causal relationship between "fasting" and the sensations you're describing. However, since nourishment is a necessary condition for life & you must eat at some point, I suggest you go ahead & do so.
