Not sure: Wow, you've had a lifetime worth of tests already. It's great they were all normal; that rules out a lot of bad stuff. If the strong antacid isn't helping, then that implies to me that the problem is not the stomach or related to acid production. (seems reasonable to stop the med.) i would try treating this with good sleep, a healthy, fiber-rich diet, and regular exercise and see what happens... ...Read more

Which side? : Do u have alternating constipation and diahrea? Do you have nausea and vomiting with weight loss? Do you sleep well at night, grind your teeth in sleep, have recurrent headaches? I am searching for visceral hypersensitivity. I see u have anxiety and fatigue. If this not treated, all pain is worse. One good med for nausea, mood, sleep, anxiety is mirtazapine. Depends: Depends whether it is a deep or superficial burning, and whether you shortness of breath as well. Left chest discomfort means a heart problem should be ruled out--see your primary doctor.
