I have a sprained ankle on my left foot. When I have pain, sometimes i have a burning pain. Same ankle was sprained, 20 yrs ago. Could it be broken?

Broken vs sprain: Sounds more like a sprain, broken bones are very painful and usually you will have difficulty putting full weight on that joint.
