A differential : Diagnosis would include: Achilles tendonitis, partial tear of Achilles, haglund's deformity, calcific tendonitis, posterior heel spur, nerve entrapment. Burning sensation on top of feet, has moved up to calves and now knees. Is it possibly from wearing heels at work for 6 days straight? Something else?
Possibly: Possibly from the strap or tightness from the heels and more likely from walking at fast pace at work too. The swelling from your feet can press against the straps in your heels to impingement sensation at the superficial nerves on your foot.
