Hello, im 31 and have anxiety due to burning sensation and light heads. My b12 levels are 192 is this low and could this b causing the symptoms?

Lower than normal: Your B12 level is lower than desired and suggests that you may have other nutritional deficiencies as well. It would be prudent to see a doctor for a proper evaluation.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.

Burning sensation on head scalp mix with liquid feeling when I'm stressing really bad with bad anxiety. What to do?

SOUNDS UNCOMFORTABLE: Might be time to reduce stress and also see your dr. If stress does this talking with a psychotherapist seems right. Meds might help. Over several months meditation will help too. Lots of things can help so find someone who can assist you in making changes. I'd try a good psychotherapist for starters. ...Read more

Burning sensation feeling on skin over pelvic area. No other symptoms. Is this nerve damage or just caused from health anxiety and stress? Ovarian cyst

It depends: The pelvic area is from navel to upper thighs. Are you saying lower abdomen or lower back/sacral area; deep or on the skin? Contact dermatitis may be one cause due to detergent or fabric softener in your panties or some other chemicals in that area. If it is not painful to press on lower belly, move the hips or lower back, bend or extend, then not likely internal or spine/joint related. ...Read more

What is causing hoarse voice and burning sensation in mouth and tongue randomly? Experience hoarse voice randomly daily after endoscopy a year ago. Inflammation, hiatel hernia found. Experienced sever and constant high anxiety. Taking meds for high bloo

A: A board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon, in addition to an ent, would be a good choice since they can evaluate issues within the mouth and upper throat. Burning mouth syndrome is usually due to issues within the oral cavity, but discomfort can extend down the throat. The fact that you have a hiatal hernia and are being treated for reflux is a significant clue to the problem. Even though you may not have symptoms of reflux, it still may be occurring. All of your symptoms can be explained by this. ...Read more

After havin pain in forehead, behind eyes& heaviness &burning sensation in head for 2weeks, CT shows acute sinusitis. I took zinoximor but still pain?

May take time: It may take some time for the sinusitis to clear. Thus you may have the pain for awhile. Sometimes, if the antibiotics are not sufficient, it may be necessary to see an ENT specialist who may be able to drain out some of the mucus via endoscopy. This may help to decrease the sinusitis and make the antibiotics more effect. ...Read more

I've been having a burning sensation from what feels like the inside of my head. I've also been having tingling sensations that are dull. Thoughts?

Need an examination: A symptom of "burning sensations inside my head " and tingling sensations is less likely to be due to a serious disease and more likely due to stress or anxiety. BUT it's not possible to diagnose these symptoms without knowing your medical history and without the ability to ask you specific questions and examining you. Please see a Dr. To be sure nothing serious is present, better safe than sorry. ...Read more
