Chest pain after mea: If it is mostly related to meals, and not when not after a meal, then mostly a case of reflux from the stomach back up into the esophagus. The esophagus is not made by nature to tolerate acid as food is not supposed to back up into it. Acid in the esophagus burns the esophagus. Possibly: Only way to truly know if you have strep is get your throat swabbed and cultured by physician or nurse. Can go to primary care or urgent care. Rather you may have a condition where your autonomic nervous system is overly sensitized to the point of reacting TOO MUCH when there are changes in blood pressure, heart rate, or other forms of getting you excited.
