I have intense back pain with burning sensation my shoulder and neck has been hurting to with pain here and there in both arms what is wrong?

Look at your neck: Since cervical nerve roots affect the hands as does the upper thoracic nerve roots. Often when there's neck problems or overuse syndrome (typing nonstop) can affect a carpel tunnel that can affect ur fingers. So call your doctor. Get a 2nd opinion too from an osteopathic doctor (DO) who specializes in NMM (Neuromusculoskeletal medicine) & can evaluate you medically, possible image your neck too.

Neuropathy: Sounds like a nerve problem, so we'd call it neuropathy. It can be caused by anything damaging a nerve. Shingles or herpes can do this, but if it has been going on for 2 weeks I'd expect there to be spots or bumps or something showing on the skin by now. It can also be caused by your immune system attacking the nerve or by the nerve being pinched in your spine or elsewhere. See your doc for help.

A-C Joint?: If a young person were to have shoulder pain with pain lying on shoulder at night & weakness with lifting & a "popping" sound. A consideration is A-C, acromioclavicular, separation. Has there been a traumatic injury or fall onto shoulder? Skateboarding? See an Osteopath or Physiatrist. A-C joint X-ray films standing upright with & without weights might be needed; as well as an MRI.

Biceps: Biceps tendinitis, may have symptoms of burning pain at the front of the shoulder, tightness I the biceps muscle (depending upon forearm rotation and elbow position) there are several causes and associated problems but overhead activity usually exacerbates this. If symptoms persist talk to your pcp regarding an evaluation and anti inflammatories or see an orthopedic surgeon.
Pinched nerves: What you describe sounds like it could be pinched nerves originating in your lower neck. See your doctor for an evaluation.
Pain in back and arm: If it's symmetrical, this could be related to impingement or compression of nerves in your cervical/upper thoracic spine regions. Consult with a neurologist who can help localize the source and recommend further tests.
Form of neuropathy: This could be related to some compression of the nerves supplying your arm at their exits from the cervical cord thru the cervical spine. See your orthopedic doc for early diagnosis and relief.
C-radiculopathy...: ......one of your nasty little brothers shining a magnifying lens on your neck while you're out minding your own business and getting a tan! I'm jealous...we used to live in Austin....beautiful weather but you can keep the fire ants! Now, why at such a young age are you having these issues? Your symptoms could be an entrapment of the suprascapular nerve. See a neurologist for more workup.
