Sudden pain behind my knee that radiates around the inner side of my knee to the front of the knee below the kneecap on the inner side. Burning sensat?
Burning sensation and pain in lower right leg, numbing sensation in foot, pinching sensation in hip ? No back pain.
Depends: I would like to know where the pain starts. If it originates at the buttock it is possible that the problem could be coming from the back despite not having back pain. My advice would be to get an EMG to rule out a radiculopathy, consider imaging of L-spine and Right Hip, and based on these results decide further tx. Buttock pain could be coming from back, hip or SI joint. Further w/u needed. ...Read more

This is the sort of question best answered after an in-depth history & exam. Unless, after tracking the pain, you can relate it to an activity (certain exercise, prolonged sitting/standing in a certain position or chair) or a particular style of shoe. ...Read more

Arthritis/Baker cyst: Multiple causes of posterior (back of) knee pain exist but the most likely causes in a 60+ year old are degenerative diseases: osteoarthritis, baker cyst, and/or 'degenerating cartilage and ligaments' . An xray or MRI may distinguish the causes. Also other possible diagnoses are gout and rheumatioid arthritis (which can be confirmed on simple labs). I have a painful hip when relaxing, needle-like stabbing pain in the outer thigh, and a mild burning sensation in foot. All on the same side?
Sensation of something in lower left abdominal area without bulge, soreness, pain in testes. feeling tightness in left thigh sometimes down to foot.
Could be hernia.: A hernia could exist without a discernible bulge. The other symptoms are consistent with a hernia. Could also be kidney stone, an issue with the sigmoid colon, pelvic lymph node enlargement...in short, you need some testing. Blood work and a CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis would be good places to start, along with a good physical exam. ...Read more
