Burning Sensation In Arm Muscle
What causes the burning sensation in my arm where the muscle on the outside of my arm connects to my elbow?
It is a body tissue that has the ability to contract. It shortens and generates force. It relaxes and returns to its original length. Muscles move joints, stabilize the body, move air and food through the organs, act as valves for bladder, bowel and other organs. They control movement of the eyes. They help us express ourselves by changing the shape of our ...Read more
What causes a burning sensation in the viens in my fore arms? Also the muscles in my calfs keep locking up.
Don't know: I have never heard of burning in forearm veins unless something has been injected into them. Assuming you are not doing that (and maybe especially if you are) then you should see a clinician to find the cause of this and the leg cramps. Probably need blood tests as well. Meanwhile, keep your arms above your heart level and try some heat on them as well as your leg muscles to see if it helps. ...Read more

May be normal: Hard to say, but with stretching and working out the muscles, sometimes the stretch is intense enough to create a burning sensation to to Lactic Acid buildup. But first consult a dr. ...Read more
Weeks of on and off pain in chest arm and stomack. Burning sensation in stomach sometimes better after meals. Tingly feeling in my face muscles day 3?
Should I be concerned if I am hearing popping noises by heart? I also have burning sensation on chest, arms, pins and needles, muscle loss,
Burning sensation: Yes, this is something to be concerned about. I can't speak to the "popping" noises that you are having, but the numbness/tingling/burning most likely is due to nerve compression at a high thoracic spine level. You need to see a physician and have an MRI ordered to evaluate if you have cord compression from a disc herniation or some other secondary cause. ...Read more

Broken collarbone, moved wrong lastnight & experienced a burning sensation near my armpit. Muscles swollen/pulling on something. Should I see doctor?
Yes, if worse:
It sounds like your clavicle is treated with a sling or "figure-8" brace. It is common for these fractures to move early on with minimal activity. Your swelling is common and burning sensation is related to nerve irritation.
If you are at all concerned or your symptoms are significantly worse, it is worth returning to your doctor. ...Read more

Tingling of face: The burning (or tingling) of the face are probably not related to prednisone (unless you have electrolyte imbalance such as low potassium: eat bananas and oranges which are rich in potassium). The burning sensations in the arm may be related to your herniated disc (if it is in the neck). you should notice improvement within few days. I would get in touch with the doctor and have her/him explain ...Read more
