Muscle strain: Sounds like a muscle strain. Lifting patients alone in and out of bed can be difficult and can cause injury to you if you are not lifting correctly or lifting too heavy a weight . Muscle Strain : There is not much in that area. You could have a muscle strain. Sometimes shingles can present as a burning sensation but usually has a band of redness associated with it.
