Groin pain: ? chronic left groin pain & patient considers "fibromyalgia" (FM). This isolated pain pattern is not compatible with FM, whereat pain is widespread and bilateral. This pain pattern more compatible with femoral hernia. If severe low back pain associated, then would consider sciatica variant initiated by sacroiliac joint disorder. Yes: Neuropathic pain....Secondary to lumbar area disc / foraminal stenosis. See your pmd. Can be other more serious condition because of unusual disease. Simple vit B12 deficiency possible. ...Read more
