Burning sensation and pain in lower right leg, numbing sensation in foot, pinching sensation in hip ? No back pain.
Depends: I would like to know where the pain starts. If it originates at the buttock it is possible that the problem could be coming from the back despite not having back pain. My advice would be to get an EMG to rule out a radiculopathy, consider imaging of L-spine and Right Hip, and based on these results decide further tx. Buttock pain could be coming from back, hip or SI joint. Further w/u needed. ...Read more

Likely unrelated: I think the symptoms in the leg and the head are separate even though they may be occurring simultaneously. The leg symptoms may be related to a disc compression some of the nerves that go down the leg. This may be more prominent in certain positions. Leg symptoms also may be due to referred pain from muscle or a disc. Also, not all headaches are migraines so it is important to have them evaluated. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
