An entrapped neurofibroma at one of these levels may be producing the burning pain. Have anexam: The lymph nodes in your arm pits may be fighting some sort of infection and your depleted condition and tension/fatigue could have affected your back. See a Dr to find the cause (s) and get some relief. While I'd be silly to declare that you don't have cancer latent somewhere - I don't see any reason to think you do. Possible Cardiac: Those symptoms, by themselves are classic symptoms of cardiac trouble, possible heart attack. The vertebrae in the cervical portion of your spine is a confounding variable; however, going to the er under the circumstances would not be a bad call. Muscle issues..: It sounds like you might have some muscle and possible nerve irritation in that area. If you suffered an injury, pushed, pulled, did heavy lifting this is most likely the consequence. Sometimes just by sleeping in the wrong position you may have this issue.
