Depends on current: Condition, as this was 11 hours ago that you asked. You stated it happened after you ate something that produced burping and diarrhea. So, it could be related to what you ate. If you still have the symptoms, you need to call your doctor, if you are still having the burning pain down your left side, shoulder, etc., as that's not normal. Have anexam: The lymph nodes in your arm pits may be fighting some sort of infection and your depleted condition and tension/fatigue could have affected your back. See a Dr to find the cause(s) and get some relief. While I'd be silly to declare that you don't have cancer latent somewhere - I don't see any reason to think you do.
