Maybe: Without other symptoms, cannot even try to offer a reasonable diagnosis; but other options, diverticulitis, retrocecal appendicitis, pelvic or other bowel inflammatory disease, and interstitial cystitis come quickly to mind. A careful abdominal and pelvic exam with a CBC and perhaps some other common tests will help to diagnose this. ...Read more
