I am having a burning pain on my lower back right side. Also behind my right knee to my heel hurts, plus my right leg jumps uncontrollably and painful. Sometimes it hurts to walk and I am unable to get comfortable nor sleep. What could this be?

Need more info: Back pain is multifactorial. More historical information, examination & possible lab/radiographic studies are needed to really nail down the cause. Depends: I would like to know where the pain starts. If it originates at the buttock it is possible that the problem could be coming from the back despite not having back pain. My advice would be to get an EMG to rule out a radiculopathy, consider imaging of L-spine and Right Hip, and based on these results decide further tx.
