Needs formal eval: Burning type pain can mean nerves being directly effected. Combining low back and abdominal distribution can mean a problem in the "retroperitoneal" area (behind the bowel, where the kidneys are). Some concerning problems can be there. Back pain and CTS: It sounds as if you suffer from low back and neck pain. The pain may originate from arthritic joints of the spine (facet joints) or the strained muscles.
