Combining low back and abdominal distribution can mean a problem in the "retroperitoneal" area (behind the bowel, where the kidneys are). Some concerning problems can be there. Inspiration ; costal lift would be expected to intensify this pain. Perhaps a rib-vertebra subluxation is at play. Absence of cough, fever, ; shortness of breath discount pneumothorax ; infection. In otherworldly some degenerative disease in the neck causing the left side issues to the upper extremity wrt the right leg thus seems to be coming from the lower back.
