Burning Itchy Hands And Feet
Hi I'm maria and I suffer itchy and burning hands and feet to the point it swells up ...idk if its a sign of a change of my allergies.. But I want to know how I can handle it especially during the summer..

In general, seasonal or food allergies do not cause isolated cutaneous symptoms on the hands and feet. A metabolic, toxic or nutritional neuropathy can cause hands/feet burning without rash. Insect exposure at night (if only the hands/ feet, head are exposed) might present this way. Just thoughts. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Started about 3 months ago . Itchy hands & feet and scalp. Sometimes around eyes & wrists. Sometimes will turn red to sometimes a burning feeling.
Dyshidrotic eczema: Try Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or Claritin for itching and vaseline ointment with cotton gloves over the hands and socks on the feet overnight. May need to see your dr, if this doesn't help. Here's a link with information about it: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/000832.htm ...Read more
