How old are you?: If you are in late forties, I would say this could be from Menopausal symptoms. Do you have Diabetes? Hard to know: Is there a rash? Does it usually worsen during the summer? Can you describe the allergies? In general, seasonal or food allergies do not cause isolated cutaneous symptoms on the hands and feet. A metabolic, toxic or nutritional neuropathy can cause hands/feet burning without rash. Insect exposure at night (if only the hands/ feet, head are exposed) might present this way. Just thoughts. ...Read more
