Women are mystery: Left pelvic pain in women is non-specific. This could be gynecologic such as an ovarian cyst, endometriosis, salpingitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, etc. This could be related to the colon such as diverticulitis. No: Sounds more like nerve pain. Your pancreas is in your upper abdomen. If your pain changes or if you have other symptoms; such as vomiting, fever, swelling in your groin or blood in your stool you should be seen at the hospital. Make an appointment to see your MD. Get more tests,,,: There are many things this can be. It may be a kidney stone that doesn't show up on x ray or ct or other tests. It can be a case of diverticulitis which might need a barium enema or some other tests. It can even be a hernia which may also need more tests and thorough exam to rule out.
