Is it better to see an allergist or ENT for trying to fix chronically irritated sinuses and burning/wet feeling ears with thick sinus drainage?
Chronic sore throat,tongue(burning feeling), ear, neck pain x 2mo. Dr said sinus-gave antibiotic. 2 wks later dif dr said allergies. Could be my SLE?

Always have sinus issues. Noticed a knot in front of ear no pain or color change. Only noticeable by touching the area. Also burning feeling.
Lymph node.: That sounds like a pre-auricular lymph node, which could enlarge in response to an ear or sinus infection. Jaw pain: It sounds like either TMJ or salivary gland infection, either the parotid on the cheek or the submandibular under the jawline.
