Bumps On The Base Of Penis
I have a bump at the base of penis that looks + feels like a zit. Hurts to masturbate, doesn't hurt to pee. What could this be?

It tends to recur once infection once took place; so, it may require surgical ablation or excision. But, without inspection / palpation, it's still hard to give an accurate Dx. So, see Doc for sure detail and care. Best.. ...Read more
How to get rid of bump at the base of penis that looks + feels like a zit. Hurts to masturbate, doesn't hurt to pee. Advice?
Most common cause would be an infected hair follicle (aka folliculitis) caused by the bacteria staphylococcus aureus. Self-treatment includes avoiding irritation by clothing or shaving; moist heat compresses; proper hygiene with antiseptic cleanser; and topical antibiotic (mupirocin, neomycin, and bacitracin with polymyxin B). If no better in 2-4 days or worsens, an oral antibiotic may be needed

Blisters: It certainly could be. He should go to his doctor or a dermatologist and have them cultured to establish a definitive diagnosis. Other possibilities exist, such as contact dermatitis but his doctor could distinguish between different possibilities by his history and symptoms. OK, but depends...:
What you have may be just the common occurrence of sebaceous cysts. If so, leave them alone if there is no infection or discomfort. However, if you're mentally bothered by their presence, surgical removal is possible, but make sure to get it done by knowledgeable and skillful surgeon; otherwise, recurrence may happen.
See a urologist if in doubt.
