Need more info: Its near impossible to diagnose what you have without a proper examination X-rays, and possibly a CT or MRI of the spine. This sounds traumatic, but the severity of the trauma to the vertebrae, discs, and spinal cord cannot be evaluated without more information. Go see an ortho-spine doc ASAP ...Read more

Get it checked: It could be normal anatomy that you have not noticed previously. This is common among adolescents and teenagers as their body is developing from childhood to adulthood. Need a bit more info: Lump on the spinous process would not involve nerve. Injury could cause a crushed vertebra and a "hump".TB is rare in the US but that could be a problem, Bone tumors are rare there. A sweat gland (seborrheic) cyst is more common and can be fairly fixed. In any case, a few days-even a week or two-delay should not change your prognosis. No doc for weeks sounds like poor care.
