My spine right in the middle of my back is curved a bit outwards, like a 15 CM bump. It's -rarely- painful. What exercises can I do to correct it?

Need more info: its near impossible to diagnose what you have without a proper examination X-rays, and possibly a CT or MRI of the spine. Get it checked: It could be normal anatomy that you have not noticed previously. This is common among adolescents and teenagers as their body is developing from childhood to adulthood.
