My husband is wanting to know what are the symptoms of akylosing spondyitis.There are 2 small bumps on the lower back of his head. What could this be?

I had an MRI on my sacrum 4 years after a fall on concrete. They said it looks fine. It still hurts a lot when I sit or touch the bump there. Why?
Need the report..: The MRI isn't the best test to look for a fracture of the sacrum. (X-rays are the best, followed by CT scan). The MRI report should tell you if there's any swelling or bruising in the area, which is common after a fall on concrete. Perhaps that's what they meant by "fine".
