I developed a bump in my lower back on the left side above the sacrum, it's only sore when pressure is applied.This happened after deadlifts at the gym

Not sure what you : Mean by "double loop cyst." he may be referring to a benign incidental finding (usually noted on your lumbar spine mri), which are mostly asymptomatic called tarlov cysts, which are perineurial cysts. Only on very rare occasions could this be the cause of your symptoms. 2 weeks ago, 1 shiny pink-white, perfectly round bump on left shaft. Hard to the touch. Size of a very sharpened pencil tip = tiny. No other symptoms.

Need more info: How big are the bumps? How long have you had them? Are these growing? Is there any bleeding from the bumps? What you think are bumps may be part of the normal anatomy of your tonsil.
