Odd: How long have these "white bumps" been on your penis? Why do they bother you? You've apparently done some research of your own to have come up with "pearly penile papules." Are you trying to "pop them" simply because you don't want them there? If it is PPP, they have no clinical significance, and you should leave them alone.
