Possibly herpes: Herpes could do this. Usually the initial infection causes several lesions, not just two, and often fever, swolled nodes in the groin, and more. But sometimes fewer lesions, especially if this is actually a recurrence of a previously asymptomatic infection. Or more lesions could develop. Bumps: Herpes labialis (cold sores) is very possible given the presence of preceding fever and the location of the bumps. If they were present anywhere else, a viral exanthem (viral rash) would be considered. It may not be a bad idea to get a culture out of a lesion to find out the cause. ...Read more

Watch for 8 hrs: It would be extremely unlikely to have significant bleeding, but watch for unusual sleepiness, difference in pupil size, nausea/vomitting. Often back pain and: Ankylosing spondylitis is a condition affecting the disc spaces in lower back causing slippage/deformity, and thus causing chronic back pain and stiffness. This more often presents in young males before age of 40. Typically symptoms are worse in am and improve somewhat with activities. Fatigue/fever/wt loss may occur during active disease .
