Tiny flat raised scab like bump on my bottom lip. No symptoms. Suddenly appeared. It maybe a cut because there's a line on it. What could this be?

Possibly herpes: Herpes could do this. Usually the initial infection causes several lesions, not just two, and often fever, swolled nodes in the groin, and more.
