Difficult to say?: Without a look-see, it would be hard to say what is going on. It could be a very minimal problem or two problems and one exacerbating the other. These may be normal glands that are prominent and then irritated by a vaginitis or may be something more serious. Exam: A few ideas come to mind. Tiny bumps on the inside of the vagina are most commonly condylomas or reaction to hpv virus. But these don't typically have any white 'stuff' when squeezed.
