Bump on scrotum: Does it feel like its near the surface? If so - sounds like a small sebaceous cyst. I would try warm compresses - and see whether it resolves on its own - if its small you can certainly try squeezing it - if its red and tender and large you may need some antibiotics. It can happen: Even w/o sexual activity, women can develop lesions on the vulva. Some are allergy or auto-immune in nature. Many are infectious in nature.
