Hard bump on forearm? It's hard and if i pick at it possibly small amount of blood will come out it's dark around the edges and pink in the center.

Not Sure: When you have bumps that come and go quickly, it is unlikely that it is a harmful condition. Some possibilities include a contact or irritant dermatitis, and hives. There are rare instances where people are allergic or get rashes to water. As for the dry skin, i like for my patients to apply creams or moisturizers within 5 minutes of bath or shower- cerave & cetaphil are good starting points. ...Read more

Allergic reaction?: This could be an allergic reaction to contact with anything-outdoors such as reaction to plants, bushes, even maybe some air borne irritants ,creams ,sun .Possibly even local reaction to insect bite such as scabies Best thing initially is to take a Benadryl (diphenhydramine) to see response +can try OTC hydrocortisone , Aveeno Colloid Bath.
