Growing finger lump: A wart is probably the leading cause of enlarging bump with easy bleeding. There are other kinds of mostly benign skin nodules and cysts that could do this, and there are certain malformations of blood vessels that can do this. While i don't think it is urgent, I do think you should see a doctor because if is getting irritated enough for recurrent bleeding, it might get infected. It can be removed. ...Read more
