I found a bump near my groin. It goes away when i lay down but pops up when i stand up and it is clearly visible. What can it be?

It sounds like you may have had two small infected hair follicles - folliculitis that have at least partially resolved (as this can) on their own. Likely benign: Bumps on the scrotum you can appear under the skin & are benign. On the groin, my first thought is bumps caused by ingrown hair. You may also have skin tags (though these are more common for men over 50 years old in my experience). The cause is most likely benign.
