If you did not have: A Quick-Srep Test or throat culture that was positive for Group A Streptococcus before starting antibiotics, no one can know if "strep throat" was or is the cause of your symptoms. Possibly related: One of the causes of bumps on the tongue and sore throat would be oral thrush or a yeast/fungal infection.
