Sounds like allergic: Reaction to be so systemic to your trunk. If it looks bigger than pin size or a rash, it looks bigger like wheals and hives, you need to go to er immediately. This can easily get out of control. Meanwhile you can use some cool compresses, to prevent it from being more irritating. You may have eaten something, or used a detergent, or lotion, that is irritating your skin. Red oozing bumps: You may have hand dermatitis which is a form of excema. It is made worse by washing your hands alot. You need to see a dermatologist to see if I am right and to have it treated with prescriptions creams.
