Head injury, fell from shower, hit head on toilet. Two days ago. Pressure sensation inside head. Nausea, no vomit. Can't focus. Should I worry?

Look for Changes...: Look for changes in behavior. Children hit their heads often; most do very well after an accident. Crying in this case is good unless it is prolonged. Look for excessive sleepiness, vomiting, or change in mental status. If a bump (goose egg) is there and there is no bleeding, try a cold compress or sack of frozen peas. Ok: I can just tell you that if your spine truly seperated from your head, you would be dead; essentially because you would be paralyzed and unable to breathe. Have no idea: because you haven't listed any symptoms of either condition. Getting drunk after a head injury doesn't sound like its using your best judgement, or even just common sense.
