Last week I fell and hit my head on stair railing drunk, I feel fine now but should I still get it checked? I quit drinking also.
I don't use meth at all. Last night I was drunk and did a tiny tiny bump. How long till out my system?
Types vary: The conservative half-life for the general class of amphetamines is 32 hrs. That means that 50mg taken will leave 25mg in your system after 32 hrs. Another 32 hrs and 12-1/2 remain, etc. So, how much matters. A tiny, tiny bump will leave a tiny, tiny, tiny bump. Helpful? Not much, I guess. Don't use it. It's really a BAD thing for our bodies. Drinking is fine, but 'drunk' is not great either. ...Read more

Pain/pressure in eyes & head, when I close my eyes I get the spins. Why does this happen when really drunk?
Just started physical therapy for forward head posture and upper crossed syndrome. I'm feeling spaced out/drunk. I think there is neck degeneration.
Your probably right: The upper quadrant is a dynamic functional and structural entity. A dysfunction in one region causes compromises in another region. Treating just part of the problem allows the remaining problems to continue and additional compromises will become evident. You need to see about all of the interrelationships and treat the composite of problems with appropriate therapies. ...Read more

Yesterday I tripped and hit my head while walking up the stairs. Later I got drunk but I recall the events before/after. Concussion or hangover?
Have no idea: Because you haven't listed any symptoms of either condition. Getting drunk after a head injury doesn't sound like its using your best judgement, or even just common sense. If you have symptoms of a concussion (dizziness, imbalance, nausea, vomiting, headache, or any neurological complaints) see your doctor. A hangover is marked by nausea, vomiting, lethargy, and can have headache. See your Dr. ...Read more

Tinnitus: Tinnitus may occur from blunt trauma (as you've experienced) or for no reason. It is most commonly self limited. This means it will resolve on its own. If you fell and lost consciousness, it is standard to have a head CT. If there was no loss of consciousness, I would give the ringing time. It will likely resolve on its own ...Read more
Drunk guy tried to force unprotected anal then vaginal sex, never penetrated but doc saw bumps in anal canal, wouldn't I have vaginal outbreaks too?
Not necessarily: While many sexually transmitted infections can grow anywhere that sexual secretions spread some are more sensitive to the environment and will develop more in one area than another. "bumps" can be a lot of things, some of no concern at all, others need to be followed to confirm resolution without recurrence. ...Read more

Episodes of dizziness head pressure, head feels swollen, blurry vision, feeling "drunk", feeling of dizzy & falling when lying on back, awaken frequently at night only during episodes. Possible causes?
Bppv: You have the most common cause of dizziness. It is called benign positional vertigo. It is caused by having small crystals (calcium deposits that have broken off from the sense organ in the semicircular canal).
