Possibly: Without knowing what else is going on it is difficult to diagnose. Since it occurred rapidly it is likely to be a lymph node reacting to some local inflammatory process, either in the oral cavity or surrounding areas. What is this movable bump under my chin that doesn't hurt? It came from an impact about 5 years ago and is still on my chin.

There is a bump under my chin. Not on the skin, but deeper. Also a small area in front of the bump is numb. What could this be?

Really hard to say: Without seeing it or touching it. It could be a zit that is pressing on a nerve. It could be a mass. At any rate it sound like something you need to go to the doctor and have checked out. ...Read more
