Had posterior vagina wall repair 2 weeks ago. Weird bumps and lumps all around the sutures, looks like little balls of flesh. Causes? Will it go away?

Unlikely a problem: This could be a tiny mucous retention cyst or several other benign cysts. I would not be worried if you have no other symptoms. If it continues to enlarge, drains, becomes painful, you develop fevers or feel ill, you should be evaluated. Best to leave it alone and not irritate it. Hope this was helpful. Best of luck.
