Molluscum?: Just a guess, but "pink" and "raised" make me think of molluscum contagiosum, a minor viral infection that at your age usually is sexually acquired. Cool compress: First make sure it is an allergic reaction. If then reaction is causing other problems such as difficulty breathing of hives all over you need to see a doctor fast. Folliculitis?: This sounds most like folliculitis, or some other bacteria infection. Almost certainly not herpes -- both the symptoms (pus if popped) and location are wrong. If you just noticed them and they aren't bothering you and you have no other symptoms, then you can keep an eye on them and see what happens.
