I have bulging disc in my lower lumbar that really hurts me I've been going to a pain clinic for treatment they had me on 10mg Percocets and was giving my shots in my back. But I stop taking the shots then got upset with that doctor at that hospital. So

Many symptoms...: While this could be a sign of a herniated disc, it sounds a little more like facet arthritis as it does not radiate to different areas and does not have a constant dull ache. That being said, a physical exam and imaging would be necessary to be sure.
