Bed bugs -itchy bite: I think 'yes' these are from bed bugs. These are insects and so their bites can certainly cause an allergic type reaction, just like a mosquito bite. You can use OTC antihistamines, such as cetirizine, fexofenadine or at night diphenhydramine.
